Amelia Perry

Amelia Perry has been a resident of Arcadia for 30 years.  Her passion for interior design began in high school and led her to study Interior Design at Phoenix College. In 2012, she obtained her real estate license, purchasing and remodeling properties in Arcadia where she discovered her love for staging and a deep appreciation for the unique character of the homes in the Arcadia, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas.

In 2019, Amelia founded Millie Staging Design, working with investors, builders, and homeowners across the valley.  Two years ago, she rebranded as AP Interior Design, focusing and specializing her business in luxury staging.  Whether she is working with listing agents, investors or homeowners to stage a home going on market, Amelia and her team design each space using curated designer furniture and decor intended to complement each home's style.  Amelia and her team hold the belief that whether they are working on a modern or a traditional space, one size does not fit all and the details matter.

Dedicated to sharing her expertise and connecting with more real estate agents, builders and developers, Amelia continues to transform homes with beauty and sophistication, ensuring each staged property stands out in the market.
